1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

2. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is available in select areas. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout if it’s available for your zip code.

3. What’s your return policy?

We do not accept returns on hair or beauty products due to hygiene reasons. Please contact us if you have an issue with your order.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, all sales are final.

5. Do you offer custom wig orders?

Yes! Custom units can be requested via the contact page. Please allow extra processing time for handmade wigs.
